Returns

We accept returns within 14 days from the date your item is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition with tags attached

  • Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or smoke

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.

⭐ Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.


⭐ Final Sale Items

Some items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or canceled. Final Sale items include:

  • Items in our Final Sale Collection

  • Clearance or deeply discounted items

  • Jewelry

  • Seasonal or promotional items

  • Gift cards

Final Sale items will be clearly marked on the product page.


⭐ Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order once your return is approved.


⭐ Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of being placed, as long as they have not been fulfilled. After 15 minutes, your order begins processing and cannot be canceled.


⭐ European Union Customers

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have a 14‑day cooling‑off period allowing you to cancel or return your order for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
